Brass Grip Tight Barb x Male NPT Pipe Thread
Grip-Tite (Push On) fittings have aggressive barbs that are designed to work without clamps when used with Grip-Tite or Push-On hose.
Adding clamps when using push on fittings may cause premature failure due to cutting of the hose tube under the clamp.
For general purpose hoses or for applications where clamps are used we recommend standard brass hose barbs.
