Description
The 685/687 series poppet check valve has a thin elastomer disc on a poppet, which seals against the seat.
Maximum operating pressure: 125psi
Maximum operating temperature: 140°F
Thread options:
- Male 1/2" or 3/4 NPT in & out
- Female 1/2" or 3/4 NPT in & out
Valve materials:
- Extreme duty - white polypropylene body
- Viton seal and Hastelloy spring for bleach, acid, and extreme duty chemical resistance
- Standard duty - black polypropylene body
- EPDM seal and stainless steel spring for standard duty chemical resistance ie: for water and soap lines.
Pressure flows in the direction of the seal, lifting the poppet up first. This check has a maximum operating pressure of 125 psi, making it ideal for air and fluid applications.
It features a compact design and light cracking pressure, allowing for a high flow rate despite low back pressure or slight vacuum.
